Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media presence and engagement strategies across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media content, campaigns, and community interactions to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall online reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Foster and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all social media channels.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to boost engagement and drive traffic.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Demonstrated creativity in content creation, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw insights for strategy improvement.
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization principles for social media.
  • Knowledge of current trends and developments in social media and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
