About the Role:
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing all incoming maintenance work orders from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities encompass promptly responding to service requests, effectively communicating with residents, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and coordinating service with vendors. The ideal candidate should possess extensive property management and maintenance knowledge, along with exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills. This position involves close collaboration with the Maintenance Team, Property Managers, and Agents.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional resident experience by providing efficient and reliable maintenance services.
- Qualify incoming work orders through insightful questioning to fully understand the maintenance concern.
- Skillfully troubleshoot maintenance issues to identify root causes and expedite solutions.
- Dispatch service requests through the preferred vendor network, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Follow up on work orders diligently until successful completion.
- Review invoices to validate requested work and address any discrepancies.
- Manage and nurture the Vendor network, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Source new vendors and contribute to maintaining positive vendor relations.
- Execute any additional duties assigned by the Company Owners or Property Management.
